Unlike most other printers, KAP specialises in quality print with a low environmental impact.  Techniques include:

• Alcohol-free dampening for reduced VOC emissions (and therefore reducing ground-level ozone)
• No-process platemaking, without water, chemistry or hazardous waste
• Vegetable rather than mineral oil based inks used as standard
• Reduced waste to landfill through waste streaming, recycling and reduction at source
• Anilox coating or degradable laminates instead of plastic laminates
• Wide experience of using materials with high post-consumer waste content
• A commitment to source power from renewables.
