Our Litho printing departments have a range of equipment - each piece ideally suiting a particular product. On the litho side our equipment ranges from the automation of our latest 5 colour plus Anilox coater press, the KBA Rapida 74, through to our economical 2 and single colour presses - we have machines that can cope with most requirements.

Our staff have a wide range of experience in different jobs - and the whole factory benefits from our 100% alcohol-free lithographic production facility.

Printing is now carried out t ISO12647-2 standards... see our Advanced Technologies section for more information. We also use Closed Loop Colour Control - to ensure consistency in make readies and on the run.

Each Certified Process Proof, is checked for Conformance to Standard, and a label is applied if it passes
